A spacious one-bedroom suite with generous, easy-living spaces that flow naturally with the life of Cascina Piandamiane and the landscape around it.
The suite centers around an open living area—kitchen and sitting room combined—complemented by a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Original features and natural materials preserve the farmhouse’s authentic character. Outside, shared courtyard spaces and outdoor areas shape your days with silence, greenery, and fresh country air.
Suite Carlo’s generous, well-planned spaces work beautifully for couples, families, or small groups. The living area becomes the heart of the home—designed for spending time together comfortably.
Cascina Piandamiane sits amid hazelnut groves and rolling hills—all organically farmed by us and open for guests to explore on foot or by bike. It’s an authentic setting that invites you to move slowly and simply enjoy the landscape.
The shared courtyard offers hammocks and sun loungers scattered among the greenery—casual spots to pause in sun or shade, letting the day unfold at its own pace.
Check-in from 4 PM to 7 PM (preferred). Check-out by 10:00 AM.

In the case of a Standard Rate booking, reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 days before arrival. At the time of booking, we require credit card details as a guarantee, while payment for the stay is made directly upon departure.
By choosing a non-refundable rate, payment of the full amount will be processed at the time of booking. In case of cancellation or modification, no refund will be provided.
A city tax of €1.50 per person per night is required, not applied to children under 10 years old.
Guests staying in Casa Piero, Suite Elvira, and Suite Carlo can request extra linen changes and cleaning, while for Casa Caroli and Attico Gemma, these are only provided at the end of the stay. All our properties have a washing machine, either in the house or in a shared laundry room.
Breakfast is not included. Each of our properties has a kitchen and everything needed to self-cater, including coffee, tea, water, and some treats.
Four-legged friends are welcome in our homes, with the exception of Attico Gemma, where building regulations do not allow it. An extra fee applies for pets, so please inform us at the time of booking. Bowls and blankets are available upon request.
