The sleeping area includes one double bedroom and one twin room with two single beds (which can stay separate or be pushed together to form a double). The open living space offers a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting area. The recently renovated bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower.

 Verified Lorenza is by far and away the best Airbnb host we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She is communicative, accommodating, friendly, personal - you seriously could not ask for better. The apartment is fantastic. It is perfectly located, everything on your doorstep. But at the same time, is incredibly private and peaceful. It is very well equipped with everything you would need for a long stay. The balcony is an absolute gem - we could have sat out there for the rest of our lives. Alba is a fantastic location for food, wine, views, exercise, and people. We have fallen in love with the city, this apartment, and Lorenza’s hospitality. If you are considering booking this place, just do it!

 Verified We loved all the details and love put into the home — the patio area, large bathroom, modern living room decor, and great linens. There is air conditioning in the living room + main bedroom but not the smaller bedroom; the living room unit could not cool the 2nd bedroom making it very uncomfortable at night :(.

 Verified Lorenza is een hele vriendelijke host, reageerde super snel op berichten en ze had hele leuke en goede tips voor restaurants ed. Het inchecken verliep soepel en Lorenza was heel flexibel. We waren op huwelijksreis en ze had voor ons een kaartje geschreven en een bloem neergezet; heel lief!Alles is zoals op de foto's.Het appartement was mooi en schoon. Je kan zien dat er veel liefde in zit en dat er goed voor gezorgd wordt. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig (zoals beddengoed, handdoeken, toiletpapier, zeep, afwasmiddel, olie en alles qua glazen, borden en bestek).Het uitzicht vanuit het appartement is ook prachtig! En met deze temperaturen (30 graden) was het ook fijn dat er airconditioning beschikbaar is voor de momenten waarop het echt te warm is. Kortom; een echte aanrader als je in Alba verblijft!

Check-in from 4 PM to 7 PM (preferred). Check-out by 10:00 AM.
Upon request: possibility of early check-in or late check-out.

In the case of a Standard Rate booking, reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 days before arrival. At the time of booking, we require credit card details as a guarantee, while payment for the stay is made directly upon departure.

By choosing a non-refundable rate, payment of the full amount will be processed at the time of booking. In case of cancellation or modification, no refund will be provided.

A city tax of €1.50 per person per night is required, not applied to children under 10 years old.

F.A.Q – FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Guests staying in Casa Piero, Suite Elvira, and Suite Carlo can request extra linen changes and cleaning, while for Casa Caroli and Attico Gemma, these are only provided at the end of the stay. All our properties have a washing machine, either in the house or in a shared laundry room.

All guests staying at Dimore di Langa can book exclusive use of the wellness area at Cascina Piandamiane, surrounded by nature and featuring a heated hot tub and sauna. The wellness area is available by reservation for an additional fee, giving you a quiet space to relax and unwind.

Breakfast is not included. Each of our properties has a kitchen and everything needed to self-cater, including coffee, tea, water, and some treats.

Four-legged friends are welcome in our homes, with the exception of Attico Gemma, where building regulations do not allow it. An extra fee applies for pets, so please inform us at the time of booking. Bowls and blankets are available upon request.
